Pricing Questions Answered

No. There is no setup fee for Starter and Growth plans. Implementation is self-service via our 16-block configuration wizard, supported by our onboarding team at no extra cost. Enterprise plan includes optional on-site implementation — priced separately based on scope.

Your trial converts to a paid plan on Day 31. You'll receive a reminder on Day 25 to confirm billing details. If you choose not to continue, your data is exported and the account is deactivated — no charges. No credit card required to start the trial.

Annual billing offers approximately 17% discount compared to monthly. Monthly billing allows more flexibility but costs more. Annual billing is invoiced upfront for the full year. Most customers choose annual for the cost savings.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate the remaining period of your Starter plan against the Growth plan cost. No data migration needed — it's the same platform, additional features are simply unlocked.

Users beyond the plan limit (50 for Starter, 200 for Growth) can be added at ₹300/user/month. Alternatively, upgrading to the next plan tier may be more cost-effective for large teams.

SCADA OPC-UA integration is included in Growth and Enterprise plans. For Starter plan customers, SCADA integration is available as an add-on at ₹15,000/month for up to 3 OPC-UA endpoints. Weighbridge TCP integration is free in all plans.
