90 days is our target for a single-plant Starter deployment — and it's achievable because of the 16-block configuration wizard. Unlike SAP or Ramco which require custom code and consultant workshops, Titan's configuration is done by your admin through a guided UI. However, timelines can extend if your master data (product grades, BOM, customer list) needs significant cleanup before migration.
Yes. Titan's Finance module can export ledger entries in Tally-compatible format. You can run both systems during a transition period. Our recommendation is to use Titan as the primary system and export to Tally for your CA's audit requirements — so your CA's workflow is undisrupted while you get real-time visibility in Titan.
Yes. Titan supports two operating models: (1) Project-based — where large orders (government tenders, construction companies) are tracked through all 27 activities with full SLA governance; and (2) Counter/Spot Sales — where individual retail bags sold at the plant gate are processed as quick invoices with weighbridge integration and immediate GST billing. Both flows are fully integrated into the same finance ledger.
It means your company's data lives in a completely separate database — not just separate rows in a shared table. This is the highest level of data isolation in SaaS. If another customer's account is compromised or experiences issues, it has zero impact on your data. Cement companies are especially sensitive about production and pricing data confidentiality — this architecture ensures it.
Absolutely. SCADA integration (OPC-UA / MQTT) is available in the Growth and Enterprise plans, but it's not required for go-live. Many customers start with manual/tablet MES data entry and add SCADA integration in Month 3–6 once the team is comfortable with the system. The Titan architecture is designed for phased adoption.
You get a full data export (SQL + CSV) before account closure. We retain your data for 90 days post-cancellation to allow for any disputes or re-activation. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend completing your export before cancellation.
